Sonya has worked in law for approximately 30 years and graduated from The Auckland University with honours. Sonya has previously worked as a solicitor for one of NZ’s largest commercial law firms and whilst there was seconded to a global beverage provider, before taking up a role in a suburban law firm and more recently a partner in a medium sized law firm.

Sonya specialises in trusts and asset structuring, conveyancing with an in-depth knowledge in ‘off-the-plans’ purchases.  She acts for both property investors and property developers alike in subdivisions, apartment complexes, and house and land packages.  Sonya also works in the areas of trusts; estates; wills, enduring powers of attorney, property relationship agreements; leases; franchise purchases; occupation right agreements in Lifestyle Villages and property refinancing.  Sonya enjoys working with private clients and small to medium sized businesses.

Sonya loves to travel and is an avid photographer.
